Renovations & Extensions

We undertake 4-6 domestic single or double height rear & side extensions per year, usually extending kitchens, creating light filled spaces with bifold or patio doors and roof lights, adding utility rooms and downstairs toilets/shower rooms, converting lofts, creating additional bedrooms and fitting ensuites.

Poninski Limited offer a full service, deploying our own teams from foundation to final finish. We have relationships with Architects & Structural Engineers, provide Safety Certification and can liaise with Building Control for approvals as necessary.

We have Public Liability Insurance and work safely and considerately in your home.
